Busan City selected representatives of seven companies on the 23rd, including Shin Yoon-eun, CEO of Kyungsung Industrial Co., Ltd., Chung Won-young, CEO of Samyoung MT Co., Ltd., Ryu Kwang-ji, CEO of Sambo Industrial Co., Ltd., Chung Byung-joo, CEO of Samwoo MCP Co., Ltd., Yang Il-ho, CEO of Donggang Metal Co., and Angel Co., Ltd.

Since its establishment in 2001, Shin Yoon-eun, CEO of Kyungsung Industries, has been recognized for his unrivaled technology in the field of ship engines and marine plants and continued to grow the company. Chung Won-young, CEO of Samyoung MT, founded a company that produces parts such as automotive electricity, engines, and missions and won the $20 million export tower in 2011.

Ryu Kwang-ji, CEO of Geumyang, runs a precision chemical company and is said to have achieved annual growth of around 20% by devoting all his energy to develop new technologies. Namu Sang, CEO of Sambo Industries, was recognized for increasing the market share of some products by more than 70% by producing valve parts and gearboxes used in floodgates and pipes.

Chung Byung-joo, CEO of Samwoo MCP, was recognized for his excellent technology and market share in plant designs, ducts, bolts, nuts, and special wire ultra-low temperature parts, while Yang Il-ho, CEO of Donggang Metal, was recognized for his high-temperature and high-pressure forged valves. Angel CEO Kim Jeom-duri was evaluated as having unrivaled technology in the field of green juice.

The winners of the Busan Small and Medium Business Awards will be awarded certificates and trophies, and various benefits will be provided over the next three years, including special support for driving, fostering funds and credit guarantees for small and medium-sized companies, dispatch overseas market pioneering teams and participation in public parking lots, and free use of public parking lots.
